Every gift makes a difference. Your donation to the Parkinson Society Maritime Region (PSMR) contributes directly to our efforts for creating positive change in the lives of those living with Parkinson’s in Maritime Canada. With donor support PSMR is able to fund programs like the Maritime Parkinson Physiotherapy Clinic.

Why choose monthly giving? Monthly giving is especially valuable to our programs and services. Your monthly gift helps fund programs year round so that we can make long term commitments to provide service and support to those who need it – when they need it. It also reduces administration costs and will decrease the number of mailings you receive. It is a convenient way to make smaller monthly contributions which lead to a more impactful annual gift.

How do I make a monthly contribution? Either through your bank account (we just need a void cheque to set this up) or on your credit card. If you are a PSMR staff member you can also give by payroll deduction.
When do I receive a receipt? You will receive a single tax receipt for all your annual donations in February to better help keep your tax documents organized.

What if I need to change or cancel my gift? You are in complete control – you can cancel your gift at any time or change the amount by calling us on 902 422 3656 or toll free on 1-800-663-2468 (Maritime Canada).
