NB Coordinator

Esther is a native of Bathurst NB. As of June 1, 2013 she's entering her eigth year with PSMR as NB Coordinator. Esther works 21 hours per week out of her home near Fredericton. She came to us after spending five years with Child Find NB. Her educational background is dental however, she has extensive experience working with seniors as she had worked with a home support company for 12 years. Presently, she is the primary caregiver for a senior lady who has Parkinson's. Esther likes to travel, and spent four years in Germany. Click here to email Esther.

Bob is at the helm of PSMR having joined the organization in a senior staff capacity in September of 2012.

Prior to joining PSMR, Bob provided project guidance to the IWK Health Centre Foundation as well as Saint Mary's and Dalhousie Universities for various fundraising initiates. Recent NFP/Health sector clients have included the Friends of the Moncton Hospital Foundation, the Georges L. Dumont Hospital Foundation of Moncton, and the Janeway Children's Hospital Foundation of St. John's, Newfoundland.

A management background in travel, hospitality and gaming earlier propelled Bob's career to executive levels as a Vice President with the Starwood Lodging and Resorts/ Caesars Entertainment organization. Throughout his corporate career he was engaged on numerous industry trade boards and active extensively within his community as a volunteer fundraiser. A member of the Canadian Progress Club since 1981, Bob won several National recognition awards for his work with this highly respected service club.

Bob sat on the National Board of the Parkinson Society Canada for six years, the final two as Vice Chair and Chaired the National Branding Committee until December, 2012. Most recently he joined the Board of Halifax's Partners for Care (Capital Health) and has also been active over the years with fundraising initiatives for Cystic Fibrosis, Prostate Cancer Research, and Saint Mary's University Athletics. He is a Past Vice Chair and Board Member of the Nova Scotia Gaming Foundation, an organization established to fund research initiatives, addiction programs, and operate facilities for those affected by the problems of gaming and substance dependency. He is also a Past Vice Chair for the Parkinson Society, Maritime Region,and former Board Member. Bob has also chaired numerous tourism and travel industry related initiatives throughout his career at national, regional, and local levels.
